Our story started in 2023 with automotive window tinting.
As the business developed, we began taking on more residential and commercial window film installations. Working with larger areas of architectural glass introduced different challenges, from controlling solar heat in highly glazed rooms to improving privacy in homes and workplaces.
That side of the business continued to grow and has since become our main focus.
Today, we specialise in window film for homes, conservatories and commercial properties, using the practical knowledge we have developed across different glazing systems, film types and installation environments.
Since opening, we have installed more than 3,600m² of window film, working with private homeowners, independent businesses and organisations including Porsche, Kia, the University of Greenwich and TP-Link.
Our work has also taken us beyond our usual service areas, including projects in Manchester and Amsterdam.
We are proud of that growth, but the principles behind Glacier Tinting have remained simple. We want to give people clear advice, specify suitable products and complete work to a standard we are happy to put our name to.
Our main focus today is residential and commercial window film installation.

Glacier Tinting was founded by Tomass Kundzins, who continues to manage the business and oversee our projects.
We are a close-knit team of four, made up of Tom and our skilled window film installers.
Between us, we handle the journey from the initial enquiry through to surveys, product selection, planning and installation.
